TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

  1. Booking

Tickets for the DIE ZWEITHAAR trade fair can be booked via the online event software Eveeno.
The booking is binding. There is no entitlement to visit the trade fair.
The contract will be concluded as soon as BVZ e. V. has sent the booking confirmation by e-mail.

DIE ZWEITHAAR is a pure trade fair for hairdressers and hair replacement specialists. As a non-member, you may be asked to provide commercial proof. A contract with end consumers cannot be concluded without the consent of the BVZ.

  1. Revocation, right of revocation

Visitors can revoke their contractual declaration (booking) within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail), but only until 18 March 2025. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of this instruction. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the revocation in good time. The revocation must be sent to the BVZ office.

Consequences of revocation: In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned.

Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled by the BVZ within 30 days of sending the declaration of withdrawal. The right of revocation expires prematurely if the BVZ office commences the execution of the services and the explicit consent of the visitor before the end of the revocation period, or the visitor has initiated it himself/herself.

  1. Event costs and invoices

Invoices are due for payment immediately.

  1. Withdrawal and non-participation / cancellation conditions

Cancellation, rebooking or withdrawal until 06.12.2024 is possible free of charge.

After that, until March 04, 2025, the cancellation fees are 70 % of the invoice amount. Subsequently, until March 17, 2025, the cancellation fees amount to 90 % of the invoice amount. As of March 18, 2025, there will be no refunds.

In the event of a no-show by the visitor, there will also be no refund of the costs invoiced. Cancellations, rebookings and withdrawals must be made in writing to the Bundesverband der Zweithaar-Spezialisten e. V., Balinger Str. 17, 72348 Rosenfeld, Germany, or by e-mail to veransta- Entfernen Sie diesen Textteil -ltungen@bvz-info.de.

  1. Cancellation of events and schedule changes

The BVZ asks for your understanding that it reserves the right to cancel the trade fair, e.g. in the event of another pandemic. In any case, the BVZ will make every effort to inform visitors of cancellations as soon as possible.

If the BVZ has to cancel an event, visitors will be refunded a participation fee that has already been paid. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by employees or other vicarious agents of the BVZ.

An exchange of exhibitors and program items does not entitle the holder to withdraw from the contract or to terminate the contract.

  1. Liability

In the context of the training operation, the liability of the BVZ, its employees or vicarious agents is limited to cases of gross negligence and intent.

  1. Privacy policy

The personal data provided to the BVZ will be treated in accordance with the provisions of state and federal law.

  1. Miscellaneous

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this legal relationship is, if the visitor is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, a special fund under public law or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, Balingen.

Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
