Fulda / Rosenfeld - On March 12, 2020, the BVZ committee and Ramona Rausch, managing director BVZ, decided to cancel the trade fair DIE ZWEITHAAR, which will take place on April 5th and 6th in Fulda.
In addition to the current development and the obligation to slow the spread of the corona virus, on March 12 the Ministerium Hessen instructed all organizers with events of more than 1000 people to cancel these events. This applies to the BVZ insofar as it cannot be said with absolute certainty how many visitors buy tickets at the pay desk. There are also other guests in the congress hotel at the time of the event. In this respect, it cannot be guaranteed that fewer than 1,000 people will come together here.
The fair itself as well as the general program for the two days, the general assembly on Saturday and the auction of hair donations on Monday morning are affected by the cancellation. “We regret so much that we have to cancel the fair and hope that everyone, both the exhibitors and the visitors, will understand. I hope that we will all be tolerant and understanding in these really difficult times. We are all in the same boat and have to deal with the effects and consequences of this pandemic, both commercially and privately. It's easier together, ”says Ramona Rausch.
For 2020 there is no alternative date for holding the fair DIE ZWEITHAAR in unchanged form; the fair will take place on April 18 and 19, 2021.
